An Eurasian-inspired Fine Dining For You
Time flies, my first experience with Eurasian food was back in 2014 in Xinjiang, where my Azerbaijani friend opened a Eurasian restaurant. And then a few years later in 2017, I took my first step on the land of Eurasia. That three-month backpacking trip started in Russia, to Georgia, extended to Armenia, Turkey, Serbia, and Lebanon. From former USSR Countries to Ottoman Empires. The history can be traced from its culture, cuisine and customs. It was a one-of-a-kind experience.
There were so many mysteries and surprises from that trip. One of the most impressive parts was the food. I was lucky to stay with many local families where I had amazing first-hand cultural experiences, especially with food. Food binds people. They were kind enough to make veggie dishes for me, when I found it challenging to eat out with very limited choices.
Some great memories from that trip-
Shortly after returning from that trip, I was introduced to this beautiful Azerbaijani girl called Samira at a woman empowerment workshop. We briefly connected and I founded out she had great passions for cooking. We met up a few times in thekitchens of our apartments to share the love for cooking. It was so sweet of her to present her home country food to me in a vegan friendly way. We got along very well.
This time I invite Samira to work together and represent you the taste of Eurasian cuisine with a five-course, farm to table organic whole foods plant-based fine dining. It's exquisite, savoury, rich, aromatic yet light for summer. We are so excited to accnounce this unique menu we've been working on-
